Good News Club
Good News Club is a weekly after-school program for children (ages ~5–12) where trained and screened volunteers teach the Bible and share the Gospel of Jesus in a fun, exciting , and engaging way through songs, stories, games and activities.
Bringing the Gospel wherever kids are
These clubs can meet anywhere kids gather. In schools (yes, schools!), community centers, churches, and neighborhoods or homes, teachers who are screened, trained, and equipped lead action-packed Good News Clubs every week, delivering the timeless truths of the Bible in creative and intentional ways. Children learn the Gospel, and many come to know Jesus as their Savior.
You can bring the Gospel to children
Good News Clubs only happen because of people like you! You can help organize and lead a club at your church, or in your school, or in another location near you. You can get trained and plugged in to an existing GNC in your area or we can help you start something new!
5-Day Club
Placed right in their neighborhoods, a 5-Day Club is easy for a child to access on their summer break. Teachers are screened, trained and equipped to lead action-packed 5-Day Clubs for one week, delivering the timeless truths of the Bible in exciting, engaging ways. Children learn the Gospel, and many come to know Jesus as their Savior right in their own neighborhoods.
Party Clubs
This one-time outreach event allows you to share the Gospel with the kids in your community using many different themes. Holiday themed Party Clubs include Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day. CEF® also offers topical themes like dinosaurs, outer space, and even peanuts! All CEF Party Clubs are Gospel-centered and use the theme to share the Good News of Jesus with church and unchurched children in a way they understand.
We offer free training opportunities throughout the year and all around the city so your team can be prepared for your own outreach program. There are often free resources included!
Teacher Training
With millions of children in New York City, it will take all of us to share the gospel with them. We are better together! The hard part is knowing what to do or feeling ready to do something. That’s where CEF teacher training opportunities come in!
